In 2016 Gloucester Gate contracted Clinton Design to design and manage the refurbishment of the corridors.

Co-owners and the Board were delighted with the end product. Because of the quality of their work, they were contracted once again in 2020 to refurbish the lobby, party room, library, gym and to create a billiards room. During both projects Meryl Clinton’s attention to detail in both the planning and accomplishment is
evident. While working with the Contractor and their sub-Trades, it is clear that Clinton Design is professional and respectful of the residents as they supervise the performance of the various facets
of the projects. It has been effortless and a pleasure.

The value of communication throughout a project of this nature can never be understated. Not only were Management and the Board provided with detailed schedules in advance – but the work
was also completed within the prescribed timelines. Replies to emails and phone calls were timely.

I would strongly recommend Clinton Design to any residential building considering a common

Dear Meryl It was such a pleasure working with both your design team and the construction team during our recent renovation. Your recommendation of “design/build” was the best option as the process ran very smoothly.

During our early conversations during the tender process, you and your team listened to our requirements, provided great options to consider, and insights into the types of finishes, the types of material, and the process that would best suite our building. By providing samples of all materials, we were able to make the best choices for our building, taking into consideration the age of our building skeleton (55 yrs) and the level of traffic some areas experience.

All finishes: residential hallways, party room, library, construction of new washroom facilities, creation of a new management office and redesign of our lobby all continue to look new. During the construction stage, your team was very considerate of residents living through the renovation; they honored all COVID requirements; and they went
above and beyond accommodating additional requests and last-minute changes when challenges were faced. It has now been a year since our project concluded and residents continue to compliment the options we chose and how the building continues to look very attractive.
